February 6 update: The problem has been solved. ![]() I really don't know what to do anymore and, more importantly, I don't know what to think. To sum up, up to now I have spent 29.95 euros for the programme and 4.95 euros for support and have not received any of them. I described the problem one more time, but again I wasn't contacted. As a last step, on 25 January I tried Premium Support at a cost of 4.95 euros. Following the procedure, I then tried to contact customer service, without success. I also tried to reset my password, but again I did not receive an email response. As a former Abelssoft customer, I tried to access the customer section, without success. At the email address I provided during purchase I didn't receive any communication regarding my purchase. I purchased from Abelssoft on 22 January the SSD Fresh programme with payment via PayPal.
